What has the most weight? Offending people – or muzzling yourself? Does it help to mirror the problem, to see it from another angle? The Norwegian newspaper is from 13 February 2008, the same day the Danish newspapers printed the Muhammed drawings – but the Norwegians did not follow.

The publisher got cold feet and made "book-campfire". I do not want to comment on the content of this book. On a general basis, I will stand up for freedom of of expression. If you start making exceptions or you are afraid of reprisals, freedom of speech is fragile and requires artists to stand together.	Who benefits? The society would have all to gain on having girls with confidence and self esteem. Life, the yolk of an egg, can sometimes endure much and sometimes very little. Life is fragile, and yet you can bear so much. As an artist you have to let yourself be vulnerable. By mirroring the revealed egg I protect it. As I try to protect myself.	Wrong use does not preclude proper.. I am thinking, what do we really WANT to observe, listen to and converse about? The maple-leaf is so beautiful in the autumn – just when they fall to earth. I am sure Israfil use maple-leafs. I mirror the leaf, so they will not fall down, but rise. By mirroring them, to say that it is also possible to do something good with your money. It is my friend’s purse. It has been use for many good purposes, so it has become “used”.
